List of Tasks

         This screen displays List of Tasks for the particular User who had logged-in. This screen contains all the tasks/event’s, which are routed to the User. Here facilities such as searching on date, searching by status, sorting by any column, opening received document, etc., are provided. If received document is present in the hard disk, then its opens in the documents host environment and if the received document is email then a mail content windows displays the content of the mail. Similar facilities are rules apply for the other linked documents.

         Any record from the list can be selected for editing/forwarding. A new task/event can also be created. Opening an existing task/event allows editing and forwarding to another User or to related contact. Creating a new task/event allows capturing details for forwarding the task/event to next User or related contact.

         A summary of options available on the screen is listed below with brief description.

New: This is used to open the new Event Task (Task Wizard)

Open: This is used to open details of the already existing Event Task (Task Wizard).

Contact Wise: This is used to open Contact History> Screen.

Link Document: This is used to open Linked Document File created using existing template.

Document Details: This is used to open Received Document File or emails.

Refresh: This is used to refresh the screen (refill the information)

Delete: This is used to delete the current selected Task information.

Close: This is used to close the Screen.

Contact History

This screen has similar functionality as that of the List of Tasks Screen. The difference is that this screen displays List of Tasks for the particular Contact i.e., history of the tasks/event List. This screen too contains facilities such as searching on date, searching by status, sorting by any column, opening received attachment, etc. In short this screen has functionality similar to List of Tasks screen.

List of Tasks: This is used to open List of Tasks Screen for the logged in user.
