THE CHALLENGE

With Better Banking, you can establish "personal information sets," such as a list of payee names to whom you regularly issue payments. Payee lists can be easily modified as needed. You can also schedule recurring monthly payments, check up on your account by reviewing past and scheduled payments, and change scheduled payments. When Better Banking asks for confirmation of your transactions, you can even answer informally, saying "yeah" or "yup" instead of "yes."
Nuance has ported their software onto the CT hardware platform, offering highly accurate and scalable solutions, supporting from 50 to more than 15,000 words. The software is completely speaker independent; any customer can use the system.
