What is a POS?
POS is the information system capable
of providing comprehensive and competitive financial
and leasing proposal to the clients at the dealer's level.
The flexibility of the system gives an allowance for
changing parameters to arrive at competitive quotes.
The system captures information about every client who
comes forward to enter into a lease irrespective of whether
the contract has materialized or not this data could
be used at the HO to analyze the reasons for the lost

to quote financial and leasing services directly to
the company's client.
- All the information related to the leasing is
provided to the client, precautions are taken to
present accurate
and timely information. This reduces the contract
cycle time.

is improved as the time spent on routine procedures
is
reduced.

HOW DOES IT WORK
- The POS
is a unique system, which caters to the leasing requirements
of the company. The whole process is compressed to
a small format, which provides the total information
leading to a smooth flow of work to enhance business.
- Using the system the dealer can generate competitive
proposals to pure leasing, financial leasing and
direct credit.
- After generating the proposal the dealer prints.
The proposal along with the payment table is given
to the
client.
- If the proposal is acceptable to the client a blank
CRA is generated from the system.
- The client provides the necessary info and returns
the CRA toe the dealer. When the dealer is
satisfied with the CRA, he generated a CRA.
- Now, the CRA, proposal, payment table are sent
to the head-office for an approval.
- The head office reviews the proposal and makes
necessary corrections and uses the system
to generate a report.
- The generated report consists of all the corrected
variables and values with a check digit.
- This check digit is essential tool for the
system. It ensures the data accuracy and
avoids any proliferation
or alteration by the dealer. The dealer
updates the quote by entering the check digit values.
- Changes and alterations are not updated
unless the check digit is entered correctly.

contract, promissory note, follows
