The mailroom is a type of room in which incoming and outgoing mails are processed and sorted. The mailroom process begins with receiving, opening, sorting and batching critical documents.

- Generates separate barcode for each Consignment Number
- Prints consignment number-wise checklist/sender-wise consignment number.

- Triggers an email to the sender or receiver on delivery of consignment from mail room
- Delivery status updated on delivery of consignment and Triggers email to sender on delivery intimation with details.
- Easy tracking of Incoming/Outgoing consignments.

MailRoom has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and
accessible through the "help" button once you are signed in to your account.
Even double opt-in lists experience high bounce levels the first time they are
used. The first mailing to an opt-in list typically experiences a 20% bounce
back rate, so don't be alarmed if yours is in that range.If you have a
significantly higher bounce rate, we recommend you re-consider your list source.
